James P. Hosty

James Patrick Hosty (August 28, 1924, Chicago – June 10, 2011, Kansas City, Missouri) was an American FBI agent. He was the agent responsible for investigating Lee Harvey Oswald both before and after the assassination of John F. Kennedy, the thirty-fifth President of the United States. Discussion about his role in the assassination and its subsequent investigation has been a part of numerous conspiracy theory publications. He was fictionalized in the 1991 Oliver Stone film JFK as playing a central role in a group of government operatives who plan and execute President Kennedy's assassination and frame Oswald for the crime.[1]
